If the rest of the new airport interior is the same as that shown in the above picture, I can't imagine the likes of the long-term supporters of BOH (i.e. Palmair) will be terribly happy. I don't suppose Ryanair pax will be any the wiser, but for the more 'refined' passenger, waiting in a space rather akin to a warehouse is unlikely to be particularly pleasant.
Assuming this picture does indeed show the true end finish, I can't believe there isn't even any decent suspended ceiling or something to hide all the air conditioning ducts. Again, I hope I am proven wrong...but as it looks, it is disappointing that so much money has been spent on the project to ignore the final finishes?!
