I guess it is.
I have yet to meet a
competent Flt Ops Officer, let alone
extremely. All of the ones I've ever come across, either at home or deployed, need as much babysitting as my 6 year old. They usually have little concept of the demands of other trades or branches and come up with plans that are at best, brave. And I am far from ill informed on that matter.
Keep plugging away though.
