What do you think your chances of a payraise are when you cannot even stand behind your union as they fight discrimination against CEPs? If I were TT or NR, I would be quite amused by any demand for more pay given the lackluster support for CEPs.
The problem is not the HKAOA, but the spineless membership it has to work for. That seems very obvious to me. I bet I'm not the only one whom has noticed. Get your sh!t together, join, and stand behind your union!
