I did the
VB Assessment day in Dec. Whole thing took about three hours! I went to an Assessment day two years ago and that was a full day so these assessment days are much more streamlined.
Just be yourself, smile and be friendly with the other candidates. Make sure you dress in smart business attire with your hair and makeup done immaculately.
