Rumours have it that the 320 pay structure is being reviewd to raise it in line with wide-bods. Either replacing flight pay with sector pay, or paying the AUH 'layovers' as away layovers. Could be intreresting, and related to the number of senior pilots wanting xfer to 320/330 roster......
