i don't know how you handled yourself not to give him back the same, but it's sad that you have to go and tell to the supervisor like some suckup or geek... i'm not telling that you are that, don't get me wrong, i'm just saying that it is terrible that you & other colegues have to be in this position, and even don't get a backup from anyone. i mean, you could stand up for yourself - and got fired.
i don't know how i would take it, probably got sacked. for not obeying the senior
who could even hit you.
you must have been traumatised and shocked.
i don't know... if you have a higher goal, stick up and withstand some more time and in the meantime, you cuold be applying for some of the UAE companies, etihad or emirates.
