In the link 'anotherthing' provided, it says this at the end
This year has seen the highest death toll of international troops in Afghanistan since the Taliban were overthrown in 2001.
I feel that if the Taliban had actually been overthrown, then I would not be almost constantly be reading of further sad deaths like these.
Sad news indeed, and my thoughts go out to all the families involved here. RIP to those who gave their lives to ensure all our freedom.

Reason: Further comment on the Taliban removed. I no longer have any idea what these scum stand for, as they seem to wish to destroy any culture, not just western ones.
