There are roughly 100 contract pilots waiting their turn, as well as 30 or so from .SE that are redundant at ARN right now. They will go off to staff CPH most likely. So, don't hold your breath for outside recruitment until these guys have been permanetly employed. The good thing is that the expansion should be very big in the coming years so all in all the future looks bright.
