In this case the finding was arrived at by those acting as Judge, Jury and Executioners, and by those now implicated in the premature introduction of the unairworthy aircraft into service in the first place. More a case of "Justice" minus her blindfold and scales wouldn't you say?

Are you seriously suggesting that the BoI gave full consideration to the most likely scenario of all, caz? I mean of course that the aircraft was unairworthy, was known to be so, and that was therefore the most likely reason for it to have crashed.
