Rumpole, manager and HR people X2 lobbed on 30th April and gave out the information packages, which as well as containing the Estimate of Redundancy Entitlement also had the Expression of Interest form. (I guess the logic is 'see how much money you are going to get now please, 6 of you leave - or maybe I'm being over-cynical).
We were given until 13th May to return (or not as the case maybe) the Expression of Interest forms. Some were on leave, off shift etc, etc. They were all contacted via mobile/email except one who was o/s and non-contactable, and did not return until after deadline. Fortunately for all concerned he was not interested in redundancy or redeployment.
