paarmo says the only way up is to sell the airport. Just down the road at Leeds the airport is not at rock bottom but urgently needs the terminal enlarging. Leeds City (and others) sold the airport so that private money could improve theairport but now when the new owners have plans before the Planning Dept they are delaying decisions, even cancelling the next meeting. Maybe the local authority thats deals with DTV is more enlightened.
