I dont know why users dont just use the ignore function on those that dont wish to read another members posts or just use your good sense and not comment on those users posts.
There is an underscore between heads and down if you are finding it difficult to use the ignore user.Has the user stepped outside the terms of use? If not, no reason to ban or place sanctions.

In engineering we have been told the restructure continues but no further heads have rolled other than TG and RH.

Supposedly 2 levels to go.I have noticed a few members of those levels looking a bit worried.
Regardless of what we think of an individual its a long time to wait until execution. Should be a cleaner, faster process.
Some of them are decent people and do a good job.Others just seem to occupy an office for no good reason.
If they truly looked hard 2 levels is just scratching the surface.
