With todays' airline mentality i dont see any reason why this guy would not get a job on a 747 or 777.Most airline companies main criteria in recruting is to find someone that is willing to spend money for his rating and if possible work for free for a while(and a few other considerations of course...main one is that they like to hire him ofcourse for whatever reason).If this guy is prepared to spend his money,i dont see any reason why he would not get a job.
He has 1000 hours,its not that huge experience but its considerable.What about the guys who jump from the Cessna to the Airbus or Boeing with 220 hours total time,how do they manage to get that job?
