R44 RII Temp safety notice (high temps)
Anyone have any updated info on that investigation where the new machine had engine failure on its maiden flight? does that temp safety Notice for ops in temps over 41 degrees C still stand?
And while we're at it, as we're coming into summer over here, does anyone have any tips for operating Raven II in hot/humid conditions? Have experienced a few vapour lock issues on hot starts, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
