The context of Raja Petra and the individual in question are totally different.One involves national politics and security while the other none of that really.Like I'd said earlier , "except in some countries"......if that be the case there would be law suits flying around here , as this forum seems to be all about that...hehehe...and yeah being an international forum , it would be pretty hard to decide on the court of arbitration....unless of course you are talking about the international court of arbitration...that would leave quite of few people bankrupt by the time it's over...
....having said that this could be the beginning of justice for the spirit of Capt. Ganjoor and the rest of the souls that left us on that day..if that does happen ..there would be a few smiling faces...
