Many thanks for the reply, I thought it was in danger of drifting by unanswered.
One terms notice, thats generous (not!) - and no doubt the only reason you get one terms notice is that you usually have to give the school one terms notice or you are still liable for the next terms fees!!
Did you expeience this personally, or are you quoting from the relevant AP?
