Sovereign were high profile in the fixed term cover for aviators. I took out a ten year life policy with them a long time ago very reasonably. They were taken over by Legal & General a few years ago. Might be worth giving them a call. Heywards add accident cover for the pilot on to their aircraft policy but at 500 quid a year it doesnt strike me as cheap. What do you think in light of your experience? what sort of costs did you incur?
