Did you pay for the seat request???? Unless you pay for it there is no guarantee your going to get it. Lots of airlines have the option to request seats however, if half a dozen other pax request those seats whats the check in staff to do???? To get those seats you have to check in early.
So what if a staff member got a fast track slip its a perk of the job, im sure you get perks in your job too!??
