Assessment seems to be the same for Cruise F/O, F/O, and Capt.
After you receive an email confirming you have been successful in getting an assessment you receive instructions to sit aptitude teste via the internet. Search for SHL solutions on the net and you'll find them. You can even register independently and sit practice tests.
You then get an email with assessment dates and confirm with them.
On the day of the assessment you do the following:
- short SHL tests to verify it was you who sat the originals
- a group exercise (assessing your interpersonal skills)
- a short technical test (normal ATPL type questions)
- an interview with three managers (behavioural type)
