..of course most companies would be very embarrassed when confronted with such a tape, and would most likely be willing to come to some sort of understanding to avoid ending up with the proverbial egg on their face
the presentation of such evidence in the media or a courtroom could be much more damaging to a company than any court ruling..
If companies get away with this sort of intimidation they achieve at least part of their aim
, and I can only appeal to individuals to have the guts to come forward, name and shame, and sue where possible.
