McWho if your nervous about introducing yourself, try writing down some bulletpoints on what your going to talk about. This will help your mind focus. When it comes to public speaking, what a previous person said about not looking directly at people would help but i'm not sure if in this situation it would be appropriate. Remember the examiners are looking for confidence... try and get some eye contact in there with a couple of people including the examiner. Even if it is just for a second or two.
Practise in the mirror and see what your facial expressions are going to be, try not to look worried. Easier said than done but it has to be done i'm afraid.
