Always wondered about this. Aren't cigarettes drugs? Don't they have some sort of effect or stimulation on the human brain (why else would people smoke) so therefore, isn't it like drinking at the wheel? Plus you can't be in 100% cuntrol of a car whilst holding on to a lit cigarette.
I also note that a lot of smokers I see in cars, are also carrying children in the car. Good for their health then...NOT!
