That thread is a gold-mine of information about the VRD process. I've been reading every post word-for-word, making sure to take in everything, and I'm only up to the 8th page so far!
If I still have some unanswered questions after getting through it all, which I probably will, I'll be sure to ask.
And I'll be booking in for my CPR refresher at St John, only one session available before the day of my VRD, and it's the night before - I'm hoping it won't be too much of a brain-clutter - if anything, socialising and getting chatty with the people in the class might get me in the right state of mind or mood for the next day with Virgin.
