no I can t point you to the a paragraph in the report, because it is not in there, it only states that AB had developed a warning system and that it was going to issue a SB soo. I read here in this thread and in the press that the SW was marked 'desirable', not 'mandatory'. The TAM A320 was not equipped with this new ECAM and aural warning.
