I landed and stayed overnight at the Chateau hotel last year - simple rooms and very reasonable price. I landed with the permission of the hotel; my understanding is that the owner of the hotel is the President of the Aeroclub, and that permission from the hotel is all you need to land. Certainly I had no problem.
