This is exactly what the company wants.......a divided workforce.
You have to hand it to them,on one hand you have crew that have bided their time and have had their names on the transfer list for years.
Then you have AO crew that are all of a sudden given a spot that other crew have waited for.
Now,this is not having a go at AO crew as they are only doing what is offered to them and they are happy to have a job.
AO crew are happy with this but I imagine not some existing S/H crew and this will filter through.
However,what was to stop the company allowing the transfers from Perth to go ahead and then tell AO crew they can go to Perth if they want to fly S/H and they didn't get a slot in Cairns.
The way this has been done promotes friction and thats exactly what the company wants.
The last thing Darth wants is a happy and unified workforce.
