Thanks for the compliments on the post but I just pasted and posted something I was forwarded because it is the best "unemotional" and most comprehensive summary of EK I've seen and I wanted to share it here.

Aircraft orders just keep coming at Paris, the next couple of years have got to see pilots with the upper hand and gaining increased pay and conditions or the big players are just going to see their new jets parked up.
