You just had the interview, and your confident....You mention that to start here you take about a 40% paycut, but it's fine if you upgrade within about 5 years. Then you ask what the "average F/O salary is, what the "annual" raise is, etc..etc...
How'd you come to the 40% conclusion? What research did you do on the company? (How many doors down the hall do you sit from the "talking head"
