LHR EF crew could do a flight out of LGW but criteria has to be met. Firstly, BA would need to get alleviation from the union. And secondly, any flight you operate from LGW will be to LHR EF agreements (ie allowences, hour etc). Just the same as when LHR EF crew sometimes operate LHR WW flights on the 767.
