Guys: after my post on finance the other day, ive been to hsbc to sort out the loan 2day, and the figures i used were VERY worst case scenario!
Appologies for that.
So, for the bond + 12kNZ$, interest = 29000
Living expences, interest = 4700
i.e. around 34K.
