On your assessment day we will see on your application if you want direct entry.
The recruitment team will assess you through the day, and can decide wether you can be put through as direct entry or have some time online first.
Either way once you have completed your new entrant training then if direct you go on a SCCM course (may work online as FA in between)
If you dont get Direct from your assessment day then when you get online at your base apply for SCCM which then you will go through a SCCM interview. Hope that helps and good luck.

Staff travel is available straight away, you can nominate 3 other people to be on your staff travel. There are no free flights, however the system we use, you book them on the company intranet, they are CONFIRMED seats and are dirt cheap, you can also book flights for the same day at mega cheap price. Also you get discount with easy hotels giving you choice of 1000's of hotels over the world (Most of the hotels are'nt easy brand but partnership) and we are talking 2,3,4 and 5 start hotels.
