I got an assessment day coming up,im hoping to become a direct entry senior as the base im applying for brs is advertising,could any body tell me what the score is with direct sccm,do you complete a seniors course straight after initial training or have you got to wait for a course,also do you get offer of sccm before your training.also will they state at your interview they want to interview you for sccm.any help appreciated
