I still havent got my head around how CTC ATP selection works in terms of numbers. Knowing the huge number of applicants, so much so new applicants are put on hold. So when I went to stage 2 in october I thought it would be a full house, and supprised to see that there were only 3 ATPers me included. During phase 3 there were only 2 of us, A friend of mine who went through the system 2 weeks before me said exactly the same scenario. We both got AQC dates for April and May, With the pool currently (according to the ATP Hold pool Thread) about 35 people in it, with only about 10 ATPs (not sure howmany cadets go through) completeing the AQC each month it is not as if they are piling loads of us through. And the talk of EZY requiring 450 pilots in the coming year (if they can sort out their training out) I don't see how this is going to meet the forcast demand.
