Sim ride. B737 (but will depend on where the interview is held). Classic Dragonair sim ride for which plenty of info is available on this site.
However, For those considering this position, have a REAL think about living expenses in HKG. Pay particular attention to housing, schooling and entertainment. If you merely convert the HKD salary to a pacific peso currency (NZD/AUD) it will seem pretty good. But apply it to a HKG cost base and you'll find your quality of life is like it was those many years ago, living in a caravan park by the airport, hoping for a C210 job.
There is a reason CX and KA pay what they do. It's not out of generosity.
