Easyprison
That's easy to say, my friends flight to ALC on Thurday was cancelled and the earliest they could re-book was Tuesday. As this was the day of their return, if they ever got there, there didn't seem much point. They have tried and tried to get through to "customer services" and can't get any reply. They've also e-mailed from the website and still have had no satisfaction. As it is Easy have £100 of their money and no sign of a refund.
(They flew to Alicante Friday with Monarch from MAN cheaper.
