Try not to let your nerves get the better of you!

I had a Virgin interview in March and was sooo gutted not to make it through to the second half.
When I was driving home I realised I had made loads of little mistakes. When you first arrive and they come down to meet you, make sure you smile and say good morning to all three and make eye contact, that is so important. I was so nervous that I did things like sitting on my hands because I didn't know what to do with them! I also got nervous reading out loud which is really unlike me.

The three assessors seemed really friendly but I got a bit confused as to what they were actually looking for, i've got a lot of customer service experience and I'm "bubbly"!!
Anyway I've decided to reapply in July because I'm going to work for Virgin, even if it takes forever...wish me luck!!
