We have reached the time of year when the wines all change price as a new years vintage is added at the lower end of the price range. Trouble is that the new vintage is 2003 which was a totally disastrous year for winegrowers.
A decent bottle of Cahors is now about £3 a bottle.SCANDALOUS!!
