How do u think about it?
If u read in other thread, Malaysia DCA & Labor Dept. would 'try' to make the RHS available to local pilots as much as possible.
Of course this is difficult since AA is in need of pilots. Those AA cadets in MFA will take around 3-4 yrs before they checkout. MAS pilots would probably prefer emirates etc. than AA if they wanna leave. So, no choice but to hire expats pilots to plug the shortage.
