Actually, she's a captain on the 737-300 if you check on the rumors and news forum, you will find a similar thread where I have posted more info on her.

As I understand it, converting your FAA ATPL will only require you to sit for the Kenyan Air Law exam, I think an RT oral exam for your Radio License and that should be it. However you will also need to do a Gas Turbine exam and Performance A exam. These two are not mandatory but any employer flying anything other than pistons will expect you to have them.

The conversion procecss is now less painless due to a major purge that is ongoing at the KCAA targeting mainly the licensing section.
