Dear all,
Can I appeal to people's good nature and ask you to do a quick search on any query you have before put 'pen to paper' and launch a new thread with your question?
The same questions, usually about factual matters, are asked over and over again which can be a bit disheartening for those of us on here that try to be helpful in desiminating the information we have.
Of course everyone is unique and if you the information you find in the search does not answer your question feel free to ask more specifically equally if there are unclarities in the information you have found.
