diversion due to mist at Lanzarote(ACE)
Diversion ws 0ver 22 hours. TUI refuses to pay as it was a weather event using EU 261/2004.
Other aircraft landed and took off.
Does anyone know how long the runway was closed on 12/3/2023 ?
I intend to pursue a private claim.
