Hang on... just found a Luton movements site, says it was a GIII N196PA - same people own the GII, presume it must have been an error in the data. Still, a G3 would have been a nice spot, still the same Speys, but does have hush kits fitted!
N196PA was originally worn by a Gulfstream I (turboprop), also with Phoenix Air and WFU in 2015. i can't find any record of a GII with that registration, although there may well have been one between the GI and GIII.
