AW is definitely lacking in the pay department, so much so that is a wonder how they even exist. Perhaps it's the bases.

I have also heard that that the training is fairly difficult and I believe that there they don't have printers in their CRJs.

I dunno about you guys but no printer is a non starter in my books .
