Except that aviation in Australia is not 'thorough' it is 'particular'. It's not about what you present but the manner in which it is presented and how it comes across. AvMed is a good example, where all they are looking for is words that match their tables, even if it's irrelevant to the condition, ie they are not looking for the doctors opinion but a data set they compare to a chart. Even if the worlds best doctor said you were fighting fit, CASA would want it in some exhaustive table and reports with everything that does not matter laid out, except the one main thing whether the person is safe. Existing operators know what CASA are looking for so know what to present and in what format, therefore they pass quickly.
