LRT is looking at forming a charitable foundation to attract external funding for its Community Funding Programme. This is what happens when airport spending gets out of control and they have got to try and pay the interest payments on its debts instead of funding good causes and paying dividends, which have been deferred.

The report interestingly mentions thresholds for green growth being reached in the future and limits to airport capacity. Hello 18m or 19m, maybe 21.5m but goodbye 32m or is it a case of hiding the truth regarding its debts, which are not mentioned?
