Any and most of us working for large airlines are tired. We all want to go to the beach instead of to work but you can't have everything. Some people prefer to work their ass off while having an adventure in the Middle East flying interesting routes and getting rich at it than working their ass off back home struggling to buy a house or to plan a decent retirement.

Almost everybody trying to join Emirates are people who weren't lucky enough to land a job at the legacy carrier of their country (probably due to age or bad timing) and a job at Emirates would almost always be a huge step up. People know what they're doing. Leave them alone.
