The NPAS hangar is a new purpose built hangar only a couple of years old. So would expect compensation to be given.
NPAS in Dorset used to operate from an Industrial site, they did eventually move to BOH. The all weather capability improves with airport navigation aids. However a helicopter operation doesn’t necessarily need to be based at an airport. I would expect the NPAS operation to continue at the site.
