It is being made out like the place is falling apart due lack of female pilots. I can tell you, it is not. Sure it would be great to see an increase, but if they are not available they are not available. They are not appearing at recruitment drives, go back further in the food chain if you want to make an impact on female quotas in this industry, that is where it all starts.
