I called them last Friday and was told to update my detail on workday so that it can trigger the Qantas system to send me the ID check email. Also, sent an email to ID service and TA as well regarding this.
Did update my workday contact detail and still haven’t received anything. I called ID service yesterday again and was told that TA hasn’t onboarded me yet on the system hence no ID check email.
Not sure what I need to do at this stage.
I am in the exact same situation 😂
