Apart from the usual suspects such as John Mearsheimer and Scott Ritter, it includes Tulsi Gabbard as well as Sen Rand Paul. Jeffrey Sachs also gets the tagged, as does Kim Dotcom.
Not sure how this list was compiled, but it does indicate a very broad definition of an 'enemy'. Seems counterproductive to me.
